As part of the FLI Program workshop series, Michelle Beauvais gave a talk and answered questions about the following wellness topics from 32 program participants:
- Developing healthy habits (nutritional, emotional, and physical)
- Setting wellness goals with exercise, meditation, and other strategies
- The importance of making time for self-care during college/working full-time
College upperclassmen in the program were the main attendees for this advanced workshop.
