February 26 - Interview Skills Workshop - Myths vs Reality: Real world tips about Job Hunting, Interviewing, and Managing your Career
As part of the FLI HS Program, we hosted an online workshop for high school seniors on interview skills. In this workshop, students learned:
- Do people read cover letters?
- How do I make my resume stand out?
- How do hiring managers rate candidates?
- How do I set myself up to have a successful career?
This workshop was meant to prepare students as they prepare to interview for jobs during or after graduating college. About 15 FLI HS participants from high schools in Michigan, Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, and Ohio attended the workshop.
