June 11, 2021 – Alumni, teachers, and friends from CMSA, HSA McKinley Park and HSA Southwest Chicago gathered together outside at HSA McKinley Park High School. This annual picnic had the theme “Concept Cares” in reference to the Concept Schools Network that binds these three public charter high schools in Chicago. The event was held outdoors on the sunny second Friday in June and was RSVP only due to the COVID-19 restrictions in place prior to the date.
Over 20 alumni from these high schools attended and Golden Apple, INCS, and Future Institute were available to share their resources for alumni. We look forward to another annual picnic next year to see even more Chicago graduates!
