Musharrat Islam

Loyola University Chicago

My name is Musharrat Islam, a junior at Loyola University Chicago and I am part of the graduating class of 2021. I am currently majoring in Biology in the hopes of pursuing a career in the health care field in the near future. I am currently part of an E-board member of an organization called the Food Recovery Network which works toward eliminating food insecurity in our surrounding communities and raises awareness about food waste. I am also a work-study student at a private school for their before and after-school programs. I have graduated from CMSA in 2017 and I have been part of the Yearbook club, Gallery Club and National Honors Society. I hope to do my best to guide and inform those students who are going to start their college journey at Loyola and also start building a community with those who are currently attending Loyola as Future Insturte’s College liaison for Loyola. I wish all the incoming students the best. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions and I will do my best to answer.
